I would like to thank your staff, especially Laura, who I dealt with recently. I am living in Victoriaand my daughter had a party at Outback Steakhouse, Wentworthville last Friday night.
Laura was a delight on the phone and very professional. After explaining the circumstances, Laura went out of her way to make my daughters balloon arrangement extra special. She thought the balloons were beautiful and she was very excited to receive them.

I wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic balloons for my daughter Bethany’s 1st birthday party (ParramattaPark Event Centre 13 October).  From my first visit into the store you were full of great ideas to fit in with my rainbow and sunshine theme.  The convenience of not only having the balloons delivered, but hung up as well, made the whole thing easy and hassle free.  We got fantastic feedback on the day from the guests, and we still have one of the rainbow and sun balloons in our daughters room – Jennifer
